Introducing Buffalo Airstation - WZR-AMPG300NH

Welcome to the new and cool Buffalo Airstation in which I have named it "SENJU-AIRSTATION". Be nice to it or it will not network for you!
Seriously, it uses a priority wireless technology which Buffalo calls "AOSS" which means AirStation One - Touch Secure System. It uses 11a, 11g and I think 11n speeds for fast streaming. You can log on as root and the password is.....(do you think I would tell you?)
I had some trouble setting this guy up and it took like a couple of weeks. Why? Well, first of all, it was my first time to setup a wireless network. Also, connecting to the Internet was very tricky since I was already behind a router so it required a special setup. The biggest problem I had was I needed a cross cable to link my router to the RJ-45 connection in the wall. I was using straight cable and that is why I could not connect. Once that was fixed, Vista was able to probably map my PC. I still had problems with my wireless, AppleTV and HP Media Server but that will be explained in another blog. At this moment, everything is working great but I need to catch up on my blogging to report what I did.
